Prop firm evals with no consistency rule

These evaluations let you pass without a best-day rule: one big day can reach the target. Most of them put the rule somewhere else instead, either a daily loss limit on the eval or a best-day rule on payouts from the funded account. The list is built from our firm data and changes when the data does.

"No consistency rule" here means no best-day rule to pass the eval. Prices are list prices; "not verified" means we haven't confirmed a fixed price from the firm. Every firm name links to the full profile.

What you give up instead

Firms rarely drop a rule for free. Look at what each account adds:

  • A daily loss limit. Many accounts without a best-day rule stop you for the day after a fixed loss. That protects you from one terrible day, but it also caps how fast you can recover.
  • A best-day rule on payouts. The eval lets one big day pass you, then the funded account checks every payout cycle. At Apex no single day can be 50% or more of the profit since your last payout. See the Apex PA rules.
  • Time. Some of these are 30-day evals, so a passing day has to come soon.

Who should care

  • Big-day traders. If 60% of your month comes from one session, a consistency rule moves your target every time. Run your last month through the consistency calculator and see how far.
  • Steady traders. You probably don't need this list. A best-day cap of 50% on a $3,000 target is $1,500, and if your days are $300 to $600, it never fires.

Questions people actually ask

Which prop firms have no consistency rule?

On the eval, the accounts in the table above. Check the funded side too: several of them add a best-day rule to payouts, for example Apex's 50% rule on the PA.

Is no consistency rule always better?

Only if your profit comes in a few big days. If you trade steady small days, a 50% or 55% rule rarely touches you, and the account without it may cost you something else, like a daily loss limit.
