LucidFlex funded account rules, size by size
A LucidFlex funded account keeps an end-of-day drawdown that locks at the start plus $100, or as soon as you request a payout. A payout needs five days at the minimum daily profit, and you can take 50% of profit up to a fixed cap. No consistency rule, no buffer. After five payouts you move toward live.

Where the drawdown stops
The funded Max Loss Limit is end of day, the same size as in the evaluation. It follows your best close until the balance clears the initial trail balance ($52,100 on the 50K), then locks at the starting balance plus $100: $50,100 on the 50K.
It also locks the moment you request a payout. Ask early, with a thin cushion, and the floor stays at $50,100 while your balance drops by the payout.
Contracts scale with profit
Your limit is set by your simulated profit and updated at the end of each session:
| Size | Start | Top |
|---|---|---|
| 25K | 1 mini | 2 minis from $1,000 profit |
| 50K | 2 minis | 4 minis from $2,000 |
| 100K | 3 minis | 6 minis from $3,000 |
| 150K | 4 minis | 10 minis from $4,500 |
A payout lowers your balance, so your tier can drop after you withdraw.
The payout checklist
- Five days with at least the minimum daily profit ($150 on the 50K). There's no fixed payout window.
- Positive net profit in the cycle, even just $1.
- At least $500, at most 50% of your profit and the size's cap.
No consistency rule and no buffer. The split is 90/10.

Five payouts, then live
You can take up to five payouts from each LucidFlex account. After the fifth, you enter the review pool for a live account, and Lucid's risk team decides who moves. When you move live, all your simulated prop accounts are closed.
The daily loss limit is your choice
You choose at checkout whether your account has a daily loss limit. With it on, you also get on-demand payouts from a session's profit, after which trading pauses for the day. It's a soft limit: it pauses you, it doesn't close the account.
Stay active
An account with no trading within 30 calendar days is treated as abandoned and deleted. Log at least one trade a month on every account you want to keep.
Practice it
FundedSim doesn't simulate LucidFlex yet. Its drawdown works like Apex's End of Day PA: trailing your closes and locking at the start plus $100. Practice that lock on an Apex 50K End of Day account in the simulator, and see how Lucid compares in Topstep vs Lucid.
Questions people actually ask
Is there a consistency rule on LucidFlex funded accounts?
No. LucidFlex funded accounts have no consistency percentage. You need five days that each reach the minimum daily profit, and positive net profit in the cycle.
How much can I withdraw from a LucidFlex funded account?
Up to 50% of your profit per request, capped at $1,000 on the 25K, $2,000 on the 50K, $2,500 on the 100K and $3,000 on the 150K. The minimum request is $500, and the caps don't rise with later payouts.
What happens when I request a LucidFlex payout?
Your Max Loss Limit moves straight to the locked level, the starting balance plus $100. Plan the first request knowing the floor stops moving there.
Can a LucidFlex account be deleted for inactivity?
Yes. An account with no trading within 30 calendar days is treated as abandoned and permanently deleted.
Blow it here, not on a paid eval
